My name is Zoe, and I’ve been working with energy and consciousness healing for over 25 years. Throughout my life I’ve dipped in and out of this path, but in recent years I’ve felt a deeper calling to return with more clarity and purpose than ever before.
My journey began with my father, whose fascination with the spiritual world opened my eyes to the unseen energy that connects us all. His influence, alongside my own personal challenges with mental health and addiction, shaped my understanding of what true healing means. Not just to feel better, but to remember who we truly are beneath the noise of this busy world.
I know what it feels like to be lost, unbalanced and trying to find my way. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to creating a space where others can realign, reconnect and rediscover their inner peace.
At Firefly Ascension, I work as an intuitive and Reiki healer, supporting you to release blockages, restore energy flow and reconnect with your authentic self. This path isn’t only about healing others. It’s about remembering, releasing and rising together. If you’re feeling the pull to return to balance, I’m here to guide and support you.

A nurturing, heart-opening experience using ceremonial cacao alongside guided intention setting, meditation and conscious breathing. An invitation to slow down and tune into what is present within you, held in a calm space to explore, release and reconnect at your own pace.
A deeply relaxing treatment performed lying down, focusing on the head, scalp, neck, chest and shoulders, where we commonly hold stress. Rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles, it eases physical tightness while soothing the nervous system and quieting an overactive mind.
